I recently had my roof replaced, and I’m extremely impressed with the entire process from start to finish. Hayes and his team were professional, courteous, and highly skilled. From the initial consultation to the final walkthrough, Hayes made sure I understood every step and felt confident in the decisions being made.
Updated July 30th, 2025: We had a roof redone and have only experienced massive issues since. My husband and I have been trying to communicate with their office for MONTHS and NO one will Respond. We’ve had thousands of dollars worth of damage and it is all supposed to to be covered under their warranty. A roof that was less than 2 years shouldn’t have these issues. We are asking for them to do what they said they would and no one will respond. Can someone who actually cares about the reputation of your business respond? Our attorney will be in touch by end of week. Update to review: The owner hasn’t responded to any of our emails for months but responded to a negative review within 19 mins. Cares about public appearance by not taking care of customers. FYI. UPDATE: 4/22/2025 - Our attorney sent a letter to perform and the onwer of the company has continued to ignore our request. DO NOT TRUST THE GOOD REVIEWS. Update: 7/30/2025 - not only has the owner not fixed the first issue or contacted us. I’m adding photos to show what will happen if you choose to go with this crooked company. We now have another leak. We’ve paid over $20k+ in repairing the damage from the first 2 leaks and now we have a 3rd. DO NOT USE THIS company.
I had initially tried to go Walsh roofing but they were too busy to return my calls to get my business? I called and left several messages. I then called Rainier and spoke with Joe. Joe is the best!! From start to quick finish, Joe was always returning calls or replying to texts. The price for the very high workmanship quality was amazing. Super affordable and I didn't have an insurance claim to use. Nothing but praise for Joe and Rainier roofing!
Their pricing was very competitive, reasonable, they are professional, and they have a 5 star rating. Master elite GAF approved. They worked quickly and completed the job. They cleaned everything and you would not know they was there, and their workers speak both Spanish and English. The workers are there to work, they work hard and started early and finished at nite fall they are the best. I have 3 different types of roofs on my home, a shingle roof, flat roof and elite panel roof, they completed the job in 2 days. The company also sent in my roof guarantee to GAF quickly and help me receive a rebate from GAF and did a wind litigation for my insurance. I highly recommend Rainer Roofing.
We had our shingles replaced last week by Ranier roofing. The installation crew was excellent, as well as the whole process from beginning to end. The work was completed as promised without a single glitch. Rainier is a GAF Master Elite Contractor which allowed us to obtain the best warranty GAF offers. In addition, consumer reports gave the selected HDZ shingle a top rating. We are extremely satisfied.
