I stopped in as a walk-in. Described my issue with my windshield wipers- the gentleman knew exactly what it was without even looking at it. Fixed my problem in 30 seconds, gave me a high five and wouldn’t take a dime! So friendly. Trustworthy! I will be back for any future car needs.
I was totally blown away by the level of customer service and knowledge Alexandria offered! I called to get a quote on a vehicle I am about to purchase and I got a full run down of the future maintenance needs, how and why the transmission would need specific treatment, etc. Not only this but I asked about a different make and model I was considering and she walked me through that as well, even offered to run a VIN to make sure I could properly care for the vehicle. This experience blew me away, I have not purchased any vehicle service from them but when I buy a car next week they are my first call and service! They have absolutely gained a lifetime customer! Edit:talked to Josh today and he ran a VIN for me and walked me through the vehicle history! Really helped me feel confident in my purchase and I will 1000% be scheduling all future service for this vehicle with them. Thanks again!
I’ve been bringing my vehicle to RAC a couple of years now after a coworker recommended them. They are very reasonably priced when I compare them to the dealer quotes. And I have been very pleased with their service on my vehicle. They recently completed several large maintenance items on my vehicle and she is running so much better. Like new again. I also appreciate that since they had my vehicle for a few days that they had a loaner for me to use. Management and staff is very friendly.
I have taken several cars over the past couple years to Josh and team. They are polite, helpful, and very knowledgeable. They get the job done in a reasonable timeframe, and I believe they will treat you fairly. They have definitely gained my trust and are my auto repair shop of choice.
Worst experience I've ever had at a business and most money wasted on nothing. I brought my car for overheating and possible engine replacement. They tell me to let them run tests. They say it passed their tests and recommend a $2500 radiator job. I trust them and say yes. They said to pick up "repaired" car, they test drove it and it drove great. Not even one day i had overheating again. I brought the car in as soon as i could so they can check the overheating. The original test that passed is now failing. Therefore they recommended a $2500 repair for no reason. My car is 0% better than it was before but i lost out on $2500. I talk to supervisor that i felt taken advantage of. They said i would get a call from the owner or get mailed something for my trouble. Neither has happened. I dont trust their diagnosing, I dont trust their testing after work and i dont trust their supervisor or customer service. $2500 for NOTHING and bad customer service.
