Raleigh Paint and Improvement did an amazing job removing all of our popcorn ceilings and repainting them! The transformation is unbelievable, everything looks clean and perfectly finished. Ryan and Rodolfo were fantastic to work with. They were efficient, and incredibly detail-oriented. They kept us updated throughout the entire process and made everything so easy. We couldn’t be happier with the results and highly recommend them!
Cannot say enough good things about Raleigh Paint & Improvement! After inquiring about interior and exterior painting, Ryan came out for a site visit and quickly provided a competitive quote! Kristian and his crew got started on time, were SO professional and talented, and really did quality work. You can tell the company cares about both the customers. Will definitely use again. 10/10 recommend!
Work completed 11/2024, just now getting around to reviewing at 2:14 am on a random Tuesday. Raleigh Paint and Improvement, LCC has given my wife and I something that can (hopefully) never be replaced: a ~$10k inside joke. In doing my due diligence in finding the best company possible I came across a review in which the home owner states, “you would never know they were here.” Friends. I assure you. We know. Our experience was a culmination of a few unfortunate factors: the holidays approaching, an old house, and a few inexperience workers brought on to lighten the load…who ultimately ended up giving Kristian more work to do (imho). Kristian did an amazing job skim coating our popcorn walls, unfortunately, the drywall mud was never primed. There were a lot of things that we were willing and able to overlook but the state that our house was in after the workday over the course of two weeks was unacceptable. We honestly just wanted them to leave our house, and asked for the project to be over even though the quality wasn’t what either the owner or we expected. We didn’t see the point of pointing out the same things over and over and over again. The additional crew’s attention to detail was certainly lacking. I can and do appreciate that the owner literally asked us how we wanted to proceed and he agreed to what we asked at the end, thus the two stars.
This was my first experience working with Raleigh Paint and Improvement and I had a wonderful experience. As a Realtor, I’ve worked with several companies in the past and Raleigh Paint and Improvement were communicative, timely and competitively priced. A couple days after the final walk-thru my clients decided to paint an additional room and Ryan was able to get the crew back out and the work done in less than 24 hours after I reached out. I’ll definitely use these folks again!
Phenomenal experience working with Ryan, Kristian, Brennan and the rest of the crew at Raleigh Paint and Improvement. We reached out for a full interior paint quote before listing our home on the market. Our first impression with Ryan giving the quote was one of great communication and professionalism which helped give confidence booking them. They were patient with me through a short notice change of several of our color choices and did a great job listening to our goals of what we were hoping to achieve. Kristian as the main painter was courteous, communicative, thorough and stayed late more then once to meet timelines. After the job was done they followed up to ensure we were happy with the quality of work throughout. Excellent experience and our family would highly recommend them!
