Left a £88 hamper on the doorstep of a house on a main road , even though the property had a driveway with a more private back door , no that was too difficult !! So left on a door step and stolen! Then the not so fantastic customer service was we’ve done our bit it’s our policy to leave it on the door step if no one in followed by merry Christmas!! Clearly not aware of consumer rights under the CR act 2015 where the seller is responsible for ensuring goods reach the consumer safely and offer refund if not !! Well you have been reported to the NI trading standards sweetheart who will be dealing with you on the 5th of January. How dare you call my cousin a knob down the phone . You haven’t heard the end of this ! Next tine walk a few yards more to put a parcel more safe ! The parcel wasn’t authorised to be left and your policy isn’t within the guidelines of the CR Act you will refund us I assure you . Take the money and then say not our problem I don’t think so !!
We ordered a gorgeous grazing board for our Day 2 wedding celebrations and it was perfect - so much variation of snacks and it went down a treat - thank you!
I used Rare Grazing for a corporate event where there were several allergens and special requests, as well as last minute changes. I cannot recommend Rare Grazing enough when it comes to the quality, quantity, menu selection, aesthetics and customer service. The girls went above and beyond to accommodate everything, they are easy going but so professional and really calm, polished and knowledgeable. On the day of the event, I got so many compliments on the catering, and several asked for the details of the caterers. I would use them again in a heartbeat, and you won't be disappointed if you choose them for your event.
We got a breakfast spread for my sister's wedding this month and it was absolutely perfect. The food and the set up was amazing, and we will definitely use Rare again for another event. Thanks so much!
Absolutely love the creations from Rare Grazing N.I. I recently purchased some fantastic treats (sweet and savoury) for Halloween and will be going back for more coming up to Christmas. They have an incredible ability of making standard food look amazing!!!! The strawberries are delicious!!!
