Amazing experience — exceptional steak and service! We dined at Rare Steakhouse in Melbourne and it absolutely lived up to the hype. From start to finish the meal was top-tier — the steaks were perfectly cooked with beautiful char marks and rich flavor, paired with silky mashed potato and crisp green beans that complemented every bite. The sauces served in little brass pots were a standout touch. The desserts were equally impressive: a decadent sticky date pudding with a crisp sugar shard and a perfectly torched crème brûlée — both served with great presentation and balance of sweetness. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with attentive staff who made us feel well looked after. The wine selection was excellent and paired perfectly with our meal. Would highly recommend Rare Steakhouse for anyone after quality steak and a memorable dining experience in Melbourne! — A must-visit for steak lovers!
Food was fantastic. Great service and recommendations by waiting staff and the steak, my god! can they cook it blue - PERFECT. Sadly I just couldn't hear my husband at all. The noise was other worldly and sadly won't be returning as a result. Otherwise, can't fault anything else!
We had a lovely dinner and dessert at Rare steakhouse. The staff were all wonderful - attentive without being over the top, very well presented and welcoming. The steaks were cooked to perfection and the sticky date pudding for dessert was delicious. We will most definitely be returning soon! Thanks so much!
Could not ask for more. The mood was great the staff service and attitude was great. Kindly helped out with the order. Loved the garlic bread with such quality starter. Perfectly done main dish. Definitely visit again.
Every time I come to melbourne RARE is a necessity. Great service, steak and drinks make the trip so much better! In ths past i've had the ribeye but the oconnor scotch fillet is great! I recommend the fried onions side!
