I like the fact when I walk into a place everyone is on point Especially Christopher Jesse M. Who knows a vehicle is your second biggest investment in your life so he treats your vehicle and you with respect. Even if nobody likes you not even your own family he will still go above and beyond to do his best to get what you want and, what you need. I witness this firsthand. Of course there's a queen holding things down making sure everything goes smooth as silk there's also a mechanic that is very competent and very knowledgeable about what he is doing and also knows how to treat a customer with respect and his vehicle if this team was a card game it would be a Royal Flush. 😁
I appreciate the payment plan option because since I drive for doordash it's really hard to come up with a whole lump sum of money to get brand new tires. And they were more than willing to work with me and they told me I could make daily payments every single day that adds up to my weekly payment that's due at the end of each week which is very very flexible. The only thing I did not like was with quick service being advertised I waited nearly what felt like three or four hours but in reality it was still only 2 hours give or take and I just wanted to go home and I felt like they were dragging their feet and the owner had to tell the employees to get up and start working because I guess they were sitting on their behind so that kind of threw me off but overall I'd give four out of five stars other than waiting for so long for my tires this store I would recommend it to anybody still even after waiting that long. I kind of felt like I was family while I was there.
I’ve never written a review like this before, but what happened to me deserves to be called out publicly. Someone mistakenly used my personal phone number on an application at this business — and instead of handling the situation professionally, I was harassed, cursed at, and treated like absolute garbage over the phone by the manager Chris Jordan? When I explained that I had nothing to do with the application and that they had the wrong person, I was met with hostility, aggression, and pure disrespect. The manager made me feel incompetent, humiliated, and talked to me like I was a criminal or liar — all over a mistake I had nothing to do with. He was rude, unprofessional, and completely out of line. At one point, he even cursed at me, as if that was remotely acceptable behavior. Let me be clear: I didn’t walk into this business, I didn’t apply for anything, and I didn’t deserve to be verbally abused by someone who clearly has no idea how to treat people with basic human decency. If this is how the manager handles a simple misunderstanding, I can’t imagine how customers are treated. Avoid this place at all costs. No one deserves to be spoken to the way I was — especially not over something that wasn’t even my fault.
Very impressive. Great service, knowledgeable! Very energetic. LARGE SELECTION of rims. I'm very happy. Don't let the name fool you. Finance options available if needed. Get your vehicle right 👍💫
