Geoff did such a fantastic job! Called him in the morning and within just an hour both of my PC issues were resolved! He went above and beyond, I didn't even have to step outside my house, he drove to our place and the job was done! He's also very knowledgeable and can help you with picking the right parts for your pc. Awesome guy, don't hesitate to ask him for help!
Without an appointment or anything else I just called Realtime Networks in the morning, because I was having problems with my laptop. Geoff took my laptop, checked it, fixed the problem and I had the laptop back on the same day. He saved my live. I highly recommend Realtime Networks, he did a really good job. Thanks a lot Geoff, you are such a lifesaver.
my laptop's SSD crashed and Geoff helped to not only replace it but also recover almost all the files and softwares on the drive. He went "above & beyond" to ensure all profiles were loaded back onto the operating system including browser histories! He came all the way to deliver the PC himself. Geoff is very friendly and professional. Great service, great price, great person!
Excellent service and price! I made an urgent call for help when my computer quit completely. Geoff was at my home that evening in an attempt to repair it, got me temporarily fixed enough to use it and then provided me with a replacement a couple days later, again delivering & installing in the evening, well past normal business hours. Geoff of Realtime Networks and his staff helped me make the right decision on what I needed for my computer then installed it within 24 hours followed by some amazing support!! He did not oversell me on anything I did not need. I saved myself a ton of money by replacing a few parts rather than buying a new fancy computer with parts that I don't need. I found him to be extremely friendly, knowledgeable and supportive!! Highly recommend his services. PS His dog is very friendly too :)
