The Rebecca Rose Events team is always a few steps ahead, making my job as the photographer so incredibly seamless. From the very beginning of the wedding planning process, I know they always have their other vendors in mind; planning details and timeline in a way that will provide me with the most ideal settings for beautiful photographs. With Betsy handling all logistics and client dynamics, and Becca making sure every inch of the day is beautiful and photo ready, I am able to use all of my time and creativity to capture my client's wedding in magazine-worthy, and authentic images. When vendors can work well together, not only does it make the day flow well for the vendors, but also the clients. I am able to give my full attention and direction to the couple and their families from start to finish. It is always such a joy to create magic with Rebecca Rose Events!
I met Becca when she first started Rebecca Rose Events 10 years ago. We were both featured on facing pages of Skirt magazine for women. I say I contacted her ... She says she contacted me ... but either way we met to talk about our businesses and possibly working together. And so the story of a 10 year business relationship was started. Now RRE is a nationally known brand, and if you have ever seen their work or spent time with them, you can easily see why!! I've catered more than a dozen weddings with Rebecca Rose Events, and each is unique and beautiful. I always feel like I'm walking into a dream when I first see the space they have created for the bride and groom. I believe that is because they have the ability to really understand the couple's vision, and then to turn that into a reality. Becca (founder and co-owner) is a true artiste extraordinaire and every aspect of her design work is beautiful and impeccable. I believe that is one reason they have become a nationally recognized brand. They are also a team of very nice people! Weddings are never easy and the need for constant communication with the vendors is essential. Betsy (co-owner in charge of logistics and operations) is always available to answer my questions and help with all the catering nuances of particular weddings. Her extensive backdrop at the Hyatt Corp (where I believe she once managed their catering kitchen), enables her to speak my language. She truly understands the complexities involved in off-premise catering, so much so that she can answer my questions before I finish asking them. In short, this is a team of truly talented women who have taken event planning and design to the highest level. And after all these years, I am still blown away when I walk into the venue and see the vision they have brought to life for the bride and groom!
