Absolutely amazing experience. While staying in AZ briefly we soaked up both the breathing class and 3 days of pre/post breathe work/cold plunge/red light/lymphatic/sauna combo. Fabulous set up & ambiance, staff in both locations were exactly perfect, and really enhanced the sessions and time there. Will definitely return next time we are back! Both locations 5 stars!
Visiting from out of state, my husband and I had an incredible experience at Reconnect! The facility was clean, modern, and welcoming, but the highlight was definitely the guided cold plunge. The guided cold plunge truly stood out. Unlike similar places back home, which don’t offer this, the staff was knowledgeable and made us feel comfortable, walking us through the process with clear instructions and encouragement. The sauna and compression therapy were fantastic additions, such a perfect wellness session leaving us refreshed and energized. We’re already looking forward to our next visit! Highly recommend.
Reconnect is my FaVe place in the valley to release stress and feel grounded/energized again. The entire atmosphere is warm and welcoming. Those helping do not feel like staff but rather a friend who truly cares. Their guidance and process through all the healing modalities of compression therapy, sauna, red light, cold plunge is absolutely first class A+. Their breathwork classes are also amazing. Get a membership - you deserve it!
As a Functional Practitioner, I couldn’t recommend this place ENOUGH if you’re someone who deals with emotional stress or physical health issues — whether be hormone imbalances, injuries, history of chronic illness, or you’re simply wanting to improve both your internal health AND mental wellness. I recommend this place to all my clients who deal with high stress, hormone/gut issues, or need help with nervous system regulation or just genuine SELF CARE doing the DEEP work. I’ve been coming to Reconnect for a few years now & it’s one of the best things I’ve ever done as someone who struggled with Hashimoto’s Disease, thyroid issues, and hormone imbalances. This has been one of the things I’ve considered an integral part of my lifestyle shift that helped me on my healing journey. ⭐️ Cold exposure = reduced inflammation, helped with joint pain, supported immune system, nervous system regulation & tolerance to stressors ⭐️ Sauna = improved detoxification & heart health ⭐️ Compression therapy = blood circulation & lymphatic support, along with boosted recovery as a weight lifter ⭐️ Red light therapy = helped IMMENSELY with my autoimmune rashes which are completely gone, and with pain relief from autoimmune symptoms I’ve been to other healing/recovery centers, and Reconnect is in a league of its own. SO much cleaner, no worrying about dirty water or un-cleaned equipment, the workers are friendly & genuinely care about you. I wouldn’t ever go to another center after being a Reconnect member. 6 STARS!!!! A LIFE CHANGING EXPERIENCE.
I’ve been attending Reconnect for over a year and I cannot say enough great things about the wellness modalities and personal care they offer. As an adult I feel we are constantly caring for others in our lives and our own self-care and emotional wellness can fall by the wayside. Reconnect offers a space for me to simply “be,” surrounded by nature & people who are devoted to making a difference. It’s like no other wellness center.
