Devin and Aaron with Reddi Plumbing went above and beyond getting my water heater and bathroom faucet installed! Very professional and friendly service. Did the job in a timely manner and made sure everything was working properly and cleaned up before they left. Brent was quick and helpful. Showed up *early* on a weekend to unclog my plumbing. 1 hour, in and out. First to show up and on top of that had the best quote. Courteous, respectful, knowledgeable, highly recommended.
Of course after a holiday, our septic tank was full!!. Called Reddi to get a quote, pretty reasonable, so started the process of having our tank pumped out. Service man called, confirmed address, and stated he was on his way. I let him know the best way to get to our house since we live in the country and several roads are not good for large vehicles. He arrived on time. Spent time looking at the situation and started to get the job done. After the job was completed he spent time explaining what he did. Educated us on our septic system, and things we might need to watch for, even start saving up for repairs. I forgot to get his name, but thank you for great custer service!!
My 40 something year old furnace died about a week ago. Reddi came out and recommended replacement. We were without heat at all, so they came out for the quote and replace the furnace and AC the next day. The workers were professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Could not have asked for a smoother install experience. I will 100% call them any time I have an issue with hvac or plumbing. One of the people doing the install was Chad Poort, I do not remember the name of the other person.
I have called Reddi for several of my home maintenance needs. I have had tree roots cleared from my sewer main line 3 times, and most recently, I had my water heater replaced. Reddi had always been able to perform my service within 1-2 days. Ryan Wise did a great job replacing my water heater. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I highly recommend Reddi Industries for your home maintenance and repair needs.
