This place is incredible from their physiotherapy service all the way to the reformer classes. The teachers are professional and friendly and they really understand and care about you and your body and importantly they are all fully qualified so you really are in the best hands :) If you are looking for place that will help you get stronger and offer some fun along the way with your wellbeing and fitness journey this is the place to come. The classes are accessible for all - from the most advanced practitioner to someone who is completely new with tips and modifications and encouragement offered along the way to enhance your experience. Music is great to :) There are so many reformer studios across the city but this wellness studio stands above them all in that the experience the teachers have is above and beyond. The studio is clean, welcoming and has a great vibe and energy. I have had physiotherapy, and sports massages at the studio and have also attend regular Pilates classes and honestly it has changed my life! If you have haven't been here yet you are missing out :)
The instructors are great and they’ve done an amazing job at creating a warm inclusive environment. The classes are amazing and everyone is always so friendly and willing to help. I’d 100% recommend the studio to anyone looking to try pilates!
I absolutely love attending reformer Pilates here! The classes are always challenging in the best way, and I leave feeling stronger and more energised every time. A special mention to Ricara – she’s truly the best in the game. She’s so attentive, always making sure form is spot on, and gives the perfect balance of encouragement and push. Couldn’t recommend this class or Ricara enough!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had such an amazing Pilates class with Ricara today. The workout was really challenging (in the best way!), but she guided us through every step and made sure we were doing everything safely and correctly. She also played some really great music, which made the whole session even more enjoyable. It was such a brilliant experience, made extra special because it was my birthday and I got to enjoy it with my girls. I came away feeling accomplished, supported, and inspired. I’d definitely love to go back again! 😍
This place is incredibly clean and chic! Shrea is an amazing instructor—super knowledgeable and supportive and made me feel completely comfortable from the start to end as a total beginner. Very friendly and accommodating studio - take this as your sign to start if you’re on the fence!
