I've been a member of Refresh for a couple years now and have referred multiple friends and family members. The environment is very relaxing and I appreciate how it never feels overbooked. I've seen a few different therapists due to my schedule being all over the map, and each one is incredible in their own right. I would enthusiastically recommend Alexandra, Richard, and/or Lindsey for deep tissue massage. If you have stubborn knots, adding the cupping is 1000% worth it. So grateful we have this gem in our neighborhood!
Awesome first massage with Lindsey! She made it a great first experience! I didn't have to wait when I arrived. Lindsey's bedside manner is amazing! She was very professional and polite during the short intake briefing. I was so relaxed and truly enjoyed the deep massage and I will definitely be returning.
I had my first massage with Sharon and I will 100% be returning!! From the moment I stepped in I just felt relaxed, which I told her was my goal! She worked with me on which parts of the body I needed help on and really customized the treatment to what I needed. Sharon’s experience treatment was 100% what I needed! I will be back!!!!
I have had great experiences here. I had a prenatal massage with Lindsay and a regular massage with Sharon. I feel like they both listened to my concerns and really knew what they were doing!
I had a prenatal massage with Alexandra and it was an incredible experience from the moment I walked through the door. The atmosphere was immediately calming, and Alexandra was so kind and welcoming. She took the time to explain everything to me, which I really appreciated since I’d never had a massage before. She also asked about any areas I wanted to focus on and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. The massage itself was amazing, and Alexandra was such a lovely person to talk to throughout. I left feeling relaxed, cared for, and already looking forward to my next visit!
