I had a great first experience! I explained my concerning areas for my laser and Madison hit all the right spots! She even gave me insight on making appointments for my teenager! Great personal experience! You won’t regret coming!!!
I'm a 75 year old male. That has never taken care of his skin. I was a little embarrassed about going in and seeking help for wrinkles and acne scars at my age. I could not have picked a better place with a better staff to make me feel comfortable. Everyone from the front desk to the technicians that do the procedures.They are excellent!! I have had microneadling done. I just had a C-02 resurfacing today on my face by Tennessee.. She was excellent and made me feel super comfortable. Although they only had PINK headbands really😂... other than their color selection of headbands, the place is excellent. Watch the laughing gas. It'll make you tip really heavy.😂 Also super clean. I can't thank the friendly staff enough. Also a very fare priced. Also, today, the nurse that took my blood and gave me an IV and did the numbing cream, Dixie, she was excellent. Explained everything she was gonna do. Also made me feel very comfortable..Thank y'all so much!! Follow-up. I just went in for a follow up on Dec 3rd.. I'm gonna sign up for their monthly facials.They promised me I would glow.I have no idea what the hell that means.. Not sure whether I want to glow.!!! But why not take care of my skin?Now that i'm old😂😂 Such a great place with incredible people. Really love you guys thank you . .
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve been searching for a clinic with true experience in Sculptra for a few years, and after careful research I decided to go with Refresh—even though it’s a 2.5-hour drive for me. I’m so glad I made the trip. When I arrived, the interior was beautifully designed, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were polite and welcoming, and the waiting area had plenty of helpful pamphlets explaining the services they offer. The wait time was minimal. I had the pleasure of being treated by Dr. Tennessee Callie, who was warm, friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely skilled. Throughout the entire treatment I felt no discomfort, experienced zero bruising, and felt completely at ease in her care. I’m already confident the results will be excellent. Refresh was absolutely worth the drive. I will be returning, and I highly recommend this clinic to anyone considering Sculptra or aesthetic treatments. Thank you to everyone at Refresh—and especially to Tennessee Callie—for such a great experience!
I got a B-12 injection and it was awesome!! Valerie was super helpful and made me laugh, which is always appreciated! 10/10 would recommend!
I can tell you that I was nervous coming today, and having someone new doing my injections, but Dr. Tennessee is very professional and was able to answer all of my questions and more which put me at ease long before she started the injections. Also this office is beautiful and extremely clean which I appreciated. I will definitely make future appointments here! V.Atwood
