The doctor and staff are wonderful! So kind and helpful. Doctor explains in detail what’s going on after the test and how he is going to help make me better. Definitely recommend!!!

So far, I’ve had a very great experience with this office. I really appreciate the customer service. They are very friendly and Caring. The doctor is very personable too thanks to the awesome team.
I really love this chiropractor!! I originally had went to another one that did no test and just told me what was wrong- Dr T, does a bunch of test showing you what is wrong with you not just telling you. Dr T and his assistant Adrianna are amazing the team is friendly, flexible and profesional! Being a busy mom I love that you can text and communicate with them to reschedule or cancel!
UPDATE: Writing to provide an update. I originally rated 5 stars for great service from both Dr and staff, but today upon my second visit, I was not informed that I would be asked to sign into a treatment/payment plan where I was asked to select one of three options: 1. Pay $1100 up front, 2. 3 bi-weekly payments for a total of $1280 ($430 up front), or $119 per month with opening a Care Credit card. As this is my first chiropractic experience, I had no idea that I would be asked this. I was expecting to be treated based off what my insurance covered. When I had come in for the first appointment I was charged $95 out of pocket and told that the $95 would be applied to my next appointment(s) to cover any co-pays. After the doctor explained the 3 options to me today, I decided to not sign into any treatment plan as this was not something I was informed about prior and would have appreciated the heads up to make a more informed decision without feeling pressured. With that said, I did not expect to NOT get treated today, since I do have 5 covered services under my insurance. Instead the Dr said that he would see me next time which was a huge waste of my time as I had to use my sick hours and take time off from work for what I thought would be a treatment. The dr and staff are really nice, so still leaving 3 stars, but I wish this had been communicated before hand. ORIGINAL: Great service from the receptionists and the doctor. The doctor is very thorough in providing an explanation every step of the way. I’m currently 19 weeks pregnant and this was my very first Chiropractor experience and the service was outstanding. I also received a text following my appointment asking if I had any questions or concerns. Great experience! I will be returning!
