I ended up having to pay $2,000 in penalty fees due to an oversight by this company for my tax returns. We have tried to get feedback and work through this issue, but so far no response has been provided. Safe to say I will not be using these services again nor will I be recommending.

My previous tax preparer retired and left me scrambling to find someone new. I didn't want to go to one of those chain tax prep companies. I googled best tax preparer near me and Reliable came to the top. After reviewing the company profile and looking at reiews across multiple sites, I decided to give them a call. They are extremely professional. When I arrived, they created an account, explained the portal and began my taxes. It didn't take as long as I thought even though I had lots of paperwork. The fee is very reasonable and they also noted that they are with me even after tax season in case I need anything. My tax preparation process has found a new home.

They are very respectful, knowledgeable & always ensures you receive your maximum tax credit. Any questions or concerns, they have always been able to answer them promptly. The calm and friendly atmosphere, the great energy from the employees, the various services they provide, the hours of operations & the location are additional benefits that makes my experiences at Reliable Tax Solution amazing. The employees build bonds with their clients and will personally reach out to you when updates such as time of operation has changed & etc. Not only do I plan on continuing being serviced by them, I have also shared and recommended this establishment to multiple people and they as well have nothing but GREAT things to say.

The staff are always friendly and professional. I have been using Reliable Tax Solutions for years. They are fast and proficient. My husband & I always have a good experience when we file our taxes with them. Also, we have needed to reach out to them afterwards for documentation etc, and they were quick to respond.
