Speaking of their rates, Reliance is super competitive and I was able to do a no-cost refinance that made a huge difference in my monthly payment. I'm someone who likes to price shop and do my research. I talked to so, so, so many brokers while trying to refinance my investment property. Scott Wise got me the best rate relative to closing costs because he takes low broker compensation - I assume his business model is low fees/high volume. He's also super professional and very responsive.
