My Seiko automatic dive watch has been running really fast so thought "oh well, must be due for a service" so dropped in to Repair My Watch to see what they could do. Bruno took the back off it right there and then and did some tests and said it was magnetized and was running more than 2 minutes fast per day. He then proceeded to fix it in no time and would not accept any money! What a legend - would give 6 stars if Google allowed! Will be taking my Rolex to be serviced there now too.

Bruno and the team restored my old vintage watches and brought them back to life. They now look new, loved, and full of stories again. The attention to detail is next level you can tell they do not just fix watches, they treat each piece with care, respect, and genuine love, as if it were their own. This is the kind of craftsmanship you cannot rush, and you can feel the pride they take in their work. Every little detail mattered, and that meant everything to me because these watches are sentimental. It is also such a beautiful family business with the warmest service. Even the little things, like being offered Lindt chocolates while you wait, make you feel so welcomed and valued sweet service in every sense, just like the chocolates 🍫😊. If you have a watch that matters to you, whether vintage or modern, I highly recommend Bruno and the team. Your timepieces will be in safe, loving, and very skilled hands. I can’t recommend Repair my watch any higher. If I could give a 10 stars review I would. Bruno has fixed my high end Italian watch and works perfectly. Other watch repairs shops wouldn’t touch it until I found Bruno. Their customer service and price is exceptional. The plus is they are located in Sorrento (central Gold Coast) and no one will touch my watches bar Bruno. Cheers Adam

I was looking to have a watch that had belonged to my father repaired and restored. It was a 1970's Swiss piece, but not a luxury brand, nor of any real value beyond significant sentimental value. Never having utilised a watchmaker before, I popped into Repair My Watch with some trepidation - what would this cost, was this piece worth getting running - did watchmakers even work on non-luxury brands? From the moment I met Bruno I was instantly made comfortable with my choice of craftsman. Bruno opened the watch on the spot so he could give me an accurate price, which was completely fair and reasonable, and advised me he would repair the crown, and service the movement. When I arrived to collect the watch some time later, I found Bruno had also added a new crystal, and refurbished the watch on top of the repair and service – and at no additional cost! The watch has come up beautifully (see before and after pictures) is running sweetly; and I also added a beautiful Hirsch leather watch band, which was also very fairly priced. Do not hesitate to take your timepiece to Repair My Watch – whether you have a sentimental piece like mine, or a luxury brand – you will be in the best of hands (Watch pun intended!)
