Having Nihdal as our realtor with REPYYC was a wonderful experience. Nihdal is patient and kind and very personable. We never felt pressured or rushed. He always brought comparables for us to look at when viewing homes, did his research in advance about the pros and cons of neighbourhoods, and pointed out things in homes that could be potential problems and things that would be beneficial especially for resale. Mike Young of REPYYC was amazing to work with on the purchase of our dream home in Mount Royal. Over a period of 4 days, we were able to view, then re-visit the property a second time, make an offer, accept the counter, perform the home inspection and pay a deposit to secure the home. At every step, Mike had a sense of urgency/professionalism and saw our need to expeditiously secure the home. In short order, he was able to call in his chips and secure the services of an excellent home inspector so were able to quickly seal the deal. While we have other friends who are very capable realtors, when it came to this big purchase, we went to Mike as having observed him coaching our son in the Glenlake community, and Cougars Spring hockey , it was clear he is driven to seek excellence in all he does, disciplined and focused on the task at hand ,and, an ethical person.
