I’ve been seeing Jamila for over two years, and I truly can’t imagine going to anyone else. She has magic hands, she somehow always finds my stress and problem areas without me ever having to point them out. Every session feels intuitive, intentional, and incredibly effective. I always leave feeling relaxed, reset, and taken care of. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a therapist who truly listens to your body.
Best in Richmond! I have gone here over the past few years and have always had a restorative and comfortable experience. The staff take their jobs seriously, the facilities are clean, and safety is a top priority for them. Most recently have been seeing Tion who is great!
Alex was a fantastic! I have been dealing with shoulder/neck and nerve pain and Alex was very attentive and made me feel well cared for, focused on my specific needs and was communicative about what they were doing and my comfort levels. The staff and the atmosphere put me at ease. I really enjoyed my experience :)
I had a great massage with Eddie yesterday! She was very thoughtful, listened, and understood what issues I was facing with my pain. This was my first time at Resolve and I felt safe with the staff and most clients masking. It was nice to see that kind of care for the community. I’ll definitely be back!
My husband surprised me with a just-because gift of a massage and I had an excellent experience with Sky today, who was very thoughtful, knowledgeable, and professional. It was my first time ever getting a massage and I felt at ease. I look forward to coming back. As a heads up - my husband had put his card on file to pay for my massage but they were having some trouble with their system, luckily he was there with the original payment method for them to scan. If you plan to purchase services for someone, it may be more reliable to get them a gift card or just ensure they have the original card with them at time of service. This did not negatively impact the experience at all but I figured it was worth mentioning.
