In regards to the comment below ⬇️ Hello Steven, first of all thank you for the time you took writing the review. First of all, my condolences, again. I am really troubled by your words because it was completely the opposite. I am ALWAYS very professional and ethical. Both my clients and myself were there early, yes (15-20 minutes early). According to the property information publicly available the property was vacant. No one lived there at the time of the showing. After you denied the showing on the phone I did ask you questions. The fact that you didn’t like the questions doesn’t make me a bad unprofessional REALTOR®. I have a client to represent and we are facing a very aggressive market. I was actually been a professional trying to get information for my client. As a REALTOR® we have a code of ethics to follow, the fact that the property “was not available anymore” troubled me because it is been advertised as “active” and that is against our rules. I will not debate the fact that most of this review is a lie… Following our REALTOR® code of ethics I did leave accurate feedback. Nevertheless, I will say to anyone reading: If you are in the market to buy a house you need an aggressive REALTOR® that will look out for your best interest after establishing an agency relationship.” That’s me.
Duamall Lamb a sales associate with your company submitted request to a show a property of ours. When he arrived at the home he was late, then called and asked for access. Initially I provided it. However after a quick conversation with my partner we respectfully requested that he not show it as we had a death in the family and were reevaluating what we were going to do with the home due to this unexpected tragedy. Dumall was a bit indignant after we expressed that we just had a death in our family and pressed for the showing stating that he and his buyer were both there and that he scheduled early. He continued to press as I became more abrupt stating he wasnt allowed to show the home due to our family situation. As I hung up he was still rambling indignantly. In feedback he posted later that day he stated that I was unprofessional and the home was overpriced and the worst he ever saw. I would strongly encourage your company and his supervising broker to discuss with Duamall his professionalism (which he so proudly brags about in his realtor profile) as he was demanding he get his way and gain access because he was entitled to access and he was there and he submitted the request early ..., to have some decency and respect for others when there is such a loss of life. This is one of the problems with this generation. Its a me society with no consideration for others. This was a despicable, disrepectful and insensitive position to take and then to call me unprofessional, coming from someone who is the licensed professional, I think he should take a look in the mirror and do some self reflection. Buyers considering using Duamall may want to reconsider and find another realtor who doesnt place their needs or concerns above the clients.
