I typically don’t leave negative reviews but in this case Reuben Borg Fencing’s defective work and lack of professionalism was so egregious that I feel responsible for alerting their prospective clients. We hired them to install fencing around our property including the application of a dark stain. Despite numerous pleas to take appropriate precautions to ensure that our brand new home wasn’t damaged by the stain, they failed to do so and their negligence led to major property damage in the form of stained stucco and concrete pavers. In addition, they failed to apply consistent staining leading to mismatching sections of fence. The aftermath was almost as bad as they refused to take responsibility and were incapable of remedying any of their defective work. As you do your comparisons, you’ll realize that Reuben Borg fencing is charging a premium for what should be superior work. Unfortunately, what we received was inferior and unprofessional work and months of headaches. I strongly encourage you to avoid Reuben Borg Fencing and to find another fencing contractor - there are plenty of quality options to choose from.
I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Reuben Borg Fencing. They came out to reinforce a very long fence line between my neighbor and me, re-hung and supported a large gate, and even patched a huge gap where an old tree had been with a brand new section of fencing. They were incredibly professional, always on time, and communicated every detail clearly so there were no surprises. Plus, they worked quickly and efficiently with great craftsmanship. My experience with Reuben Borg Fence Company was excellent from start to finish. Gerald, the sales representative, was absolutely great. He was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The morning of the installation Gerald came out with the crew to go over the details. The crew build a 125 foot ranch style vinyl fence along my corner lot property. They were great to work with and their attention to detail was clearly evident from the result of their beautiful work. They left my yard spotless. I just love my new fence. It is rare to find a company in which everyone takes such pride in their work. I highly recommend Reuben Borg Fence Company for their quality, professionalism and great customer service!
Reuben Borg Fence they were great people very patient and willing to do a little last minute change with me. They were able to work with the design that I wanted. And used good quality materials. Gerald the sale rep.was very friendly and was able to go into detail step by step on what the workers would be doing. They were on time and on schedule with their finish time that they said they are going to be done. I would definitely recommend them. They really value their customers need and their opinion.
