Love Revelus! Dr. Patel is a great doctor who takes her time to explain procedures and how it's processed. Dr. Patel is very thorough in the different kinds of face compounds and demonstrates how much to use. Her assistant kindly wrote down the names of moisturizing cream to use and how to use the compound prescription. The place is immaculate and the front desk ladies are very helpful and knowledgeable. This is my kind of place!
The offices are beautiful, and the doctor we saw was nice and professional, but the front desk lady was rude and unfriendly. She didn’t say hi when we approached her, she barely looked at my daughter and I and proceeded to do the following: 1) Asked for my daughter’s name, then said “I need to see your insurance card.” I calmly explained that I had spent about 25 minutes filling out forms at home and uploading photos of both the ID and insurance card, she said: “well give me a few minutes to check but I still need to see the card”. I started looking for the card in my purse, but she ignored me and never asked for the card again. 2) She turned to my 20-year old daughter, who was the patient and asked her loudly: “What is the reason for your visit?” Seriously? You ask that question in a room full of other patients, at a dermatology practice? And you ask that question after we already filled out a ton of forms at home answering that very question?? Why do you have your patients fill out such long forms y you are not going to use them?? My daughter was very embarrassed and started explaining she had a rash. Then we were asked to sit down and wait. Terrible, terrible customer service. Revelus Dermatology probably spent a fortune on those fancy offices, but they should have spent some of that money training their receptionists. I will go somewhere else next time I need to see a dermatologist.
I really like this place. I'm on my 3rd laser hair removal treatment done by Peije. She's awesome! She takes the time to explain the process, answer any questions I have, and makes sure I'm comfortable at all times. She's quick, efficient, and great at what she does!! The kind of technician we all need in our lives.
Staff wonderful! Dr.Patel is an excellent listener. Knowledgeable, professional and took definitive action adjusting med schedule. Felt a high degree of confidence under her care. .
This was the smoothest doctor’s experience I’ve had in a while. I did an online booking the night before (so thankful there was availability the next day due to my medical concern). The next morning I got a text to access their communication portal where I uploaded any required docs and signed any authorization forms easily. When I got to the office, there wasn’t any repeat requests! The office is lovely and staff was kind. The appointment was timely. Dr. Patel was friendly and asked questions before prescribing solutions.
