Great experience at the R.F. Moeller Edina location. I recently dropped off my watch for service, and the team was professional and thorough. Austin has also been incredibly helpful answering my questions—quick, knowledgeable, and responsive. Highly recommend.
I love this jeweler, and Patrick’s service at the Edina store. He has guided me through selling unused pieces and buying new ones through my marriage and singlehood appropriate wedding ring conversions and redesigns. I love the pieces I’ve purchased through him. He is also an interesting and kind human.
LOVED working with Mary for my wedding band and the most insane wedding earrings from their estate collection. I went in knowing I wanted a white gold band and the staff was incredibly kind, thoughtful, and not sales-y or pushy at all like you usually get with wedding jewelry stores. I love having a relationship with their team and look forward to buying more family heirlooms there!
The quality of products here is the best in the business. My family has been coming to R.F. Moeller's For years for various pieces of watches and jewelry. Including three engagement rings. We have been very satisfied with every piece. Recently I worked I with Jos For an engagement ring for my fiancé. He was knowledgeable, personable, and artistic. We took my fiancé's general idea for a ring, and Jos designed something utilizing a new stunning center stone (final product on the left of the photo) , with several old family diamonds from 2 other rings (on the right of the picture) to support it. It turned out better than we could've possibly hoped
I had my Rolex and my wife’s Rolex serviced by Joshua Slocum recently and had a great service experience. I bought mine from Mike West at Moeller about 35 years ago . Great jeweler to do business with .
