I called the office of Richard J Garcia and asked a fairly complex business tax question. He answered my question without scheduling an appointment or charging a fee. I currently handle my own business and personal tax returns, but if I'm ever in need of a CPA for services, this will be the office I use. Very impressed!

Richard had my taxes 4 months without working on them. I called every couple weeks, but my messages left with his secretary were ignored. I was so frustrated that when he finally answered the phone I fired him, and stated that I wanted my documents back when i arrive at the office shortly. When i arrived he said he would "file my taxes now". I said, "it's too late, you're fired, where are my documents?" He handed me copies of my taxes. NOT the 1099 originals i had dropped off months previous. Huge waste of my time!

Have been working with Mr Garcia for over 3 years upon my lawyer's recommendation and found it to be one of the best pieces of info I received. Mr Garcia has been very professional, thorough, and willing to schedule time to discuss my pre-tax questions. After setting my expectations regarding his answer(s), he takes the time to explain them. I highly recommend Richard Garcia! We had a lot of financial issues we needed help and a direction with. We went to two Estate Lawyers and three other CPAs and none of them wanted to help us. Finally, we found Richard! He was very generous with his time and walked us through a direction. We spent well over 2 hours of time chatting and emailing. He was very generous and did not charge us, I even told him that wouldn’t be a problem! He is a rare find and I am proud to call him my personal CPA!
