The Only Jeweler You’ll Ever Need! I have been coming to Richard’s Gems and Jewelry for years, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Our journey with them started when we first bought my wedding ring, and since then, they have become our trusted family jeweler for everything—from gold and diamond necklaces to other beautiful custom pieces, even some small repairs! What makes this place so special is the atmosphere; the attention you receive is incredibly cozy and personal, never pressured. Milly has always been the one to help us, and she is absolutely fantastic. Her knowledge of diamonds and fine jewelry is impressive, and she truly takes the time to make sure you find something you'll love forever. I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Richard’s Gems and Jewelry. From the moment I walked in, I was met by an incredibly welcoming and friendly staff. What I did not know at the time was that Fernando, his wife, and daughters would end up making this such a memorable experience. I went in with no expectations of purchasing a ring that day, but their genuine warmth, hospitality, and pleasant demeanor completely changed that. They made me feel comfortable, never rushed, and truly cared about helping me find the perfect eternity diamond ring for my wife, one she absolutely ended up loving. Jenny was a true expert. She was patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly kind, even as I went back and forth trying to decide. She took the time to walk me through every option and never made me feel pressured. Fernando was equally amazing and played a huge role in helping secure the perfect ring. What made the experience even better was when we went back for the sizing. The customer service that day was just as incredible. They were so welcoming and kind and took the time to show my wife many beautiful pieces and even some truly impressive diamonds that were not on display. They earned my trust and appreciation and without a doubt they got themselves a customer for life
I always choose quality over quantity. This store is both. So much varieties and shine and warming customer service - that’s how you choose this place. My fiancé got a beautiful ring for me at this store and I can’t stop looking at this shine and sparkle. We had to resize a bit and everything was done the same day. Highly recommended!
My fiance bought my engagement ring here and we decided to also buy our wedding bands here. 3 of my cousins have all bought engagement rings here as well. The service and attention to detail that Fernando provided for us was exceptional compared to the other jewelers in the area. He and his team worked with us to design exactly what we wanted within our budget. Beautiful work!! Very grateful.
