I had been a client of Rick Menard Heating & Cooling for years. Very friendly staff and informative. My husband attempted without success to change the thermostat and Maxime explained what the issue was. He also provided tips on how to properly maintain my furnace. Highly recommend 👌
Service was fantastic! Our furnace died in the night and we called around a number of different places, with the earliest time being two days from now that we could have someone out to take a look at our furnace (it’s winter and the house is cold!). Most places wanted us to subscribe to a care package plan in order for them to come out and see us. Rick Menard was much more accommodating and had a technician sent out within a few hours. Service was great enough that we won’t even shop around for other quotes and will have our furnace replaced with them in the next few days. Fantastic customer service!
Our furnace died suddenly this winter and within an hour of calling, someone was at our house to have a look and assess. In less than 12 hours we had a new furnace installed and up and running. The service, professionalism and kindness of everyone we engaged with was amazing. We will always come back for any future HVAC needs! Great job!
I dealt with Alain of Rick Ménard Heating and Cooling to enquire about a new hot water boiler to heat my bungalow. Alain is a sympathetic individual, well knowledged and with no sale pressure open to accept any of my questions, anytime. After my additional own researche and his good advice, I decided to purchase a high performance boiler installed by himself seconded by two good employees of the company. Overall, excellent service and excellent product suggested and chosen. Rating A++ NB: if interested, the boiler chosen was a Canadian made boiler from the company IBC from British Columbia,model VX 110 k btus. Jacques Cöté
