I've used this shop twice and overall I'm very happy. Dealing with insurance is a very stressful experience, but Rob and Dusty took most of that burden. The body work of both vehicles was flawless. I can't tell there was ever any damage. You can tell that Rob and his team are masters of their craft and won't accept anything less than perfect.
This shop was great to work with, start to finish. They not only did an excellent job repairing my truck, but were also able to help me navigate a liability claim through a really difficult insurance agency. I was the liability claimant on the at-fault party’s policy, and at multiple times they tried to deny repair requests and invoices. Dusty was in constant communication and Rob helped me formulate a direct demand to insurance for payment that was able to get things moving again. I would rate my experience as excellent. They were knowledgeable, helpful, and trustworthy. And at the end of the day insurance covered all repair costs. Repairs made were also excellent. I hope I never need to, lol, but I would definitely do business with them again.
I just picked up my car from Rob’s AutoBody and could not be more pleased with the result. I had damage to my bumper, Dusty helped me from start to finish. Not only did they repair my bumper but I showed Dusty a dent in my door, which he stated his paint less dent repair guy is the best. They contacted him and he came by repaired the dent while it was in the shop for the bumper. I greatly appreciate the efficiency of the shop as they had quoted 2-4 days. They had it ready on the morning of the third day! I felt the price for the entire repair was very fair. Thank you and it is nice to have a shop you an trust and rely on.
I have a 2002 Grand Cherokee Laredo that I owned for years with very low mileage. I was heartbroken when I hit the left front pulling into the garage.When I message them I know they probably thought why would I fix it.When I took it in they could see why.
