I hate leaving bad reviews, but I paid almost $100 for a ring that the store owner told me was gold filled AND ITS ALREADY TURNING SILVER. I have had this ring for 7 days and it it not gold filled or even plated. It is a cheap ring covered in gold paint and I am so upset that I paid so much for it. I feel conned & was lied to!
terrible shoes and they didn’t tell me they were final sale so couldn’t return . i never leave bad reviews but my feet are truly in pain w/ these bad quality shoes
THEY CLOSE EARLY IN THE SUMMER… Honestly, the store is really cute and one of the employees was super sweet I wish I got her name but I wish her congratulations and that she has a healthy beautiful baby & future! However, I came back to exchange an item I didn’t wear and they were closed before 7pm. I wasn’t aware that the boutique was going to close early and I wish they made it clear on their website or on their door that they will close early during the summer. It was very disappointing as I drove from Downtown Phoenix and was hoping to have another great experience.
i genuinely love everything about this place. i fell in love with rolling rack boutique the second i walked in their store, a few years ago. i remember after i first visited, the next time my family and i went back to arizona for my birthday the only thing i wanted for my birthday was to shop there. all of the pieces here are so unique and girly and i feel like im making my inner child happy with each purchase. the store is iconic and even online i’ll catch myself shopping in class or even checking the website daily just to see what new items dropped. the employees are welcoming and *after* you buy something the store is perfect for taking a quick selfie with your friend / mom / by yourself. if i could give this place 10 stars, i would. 💗 i’ve seen some nasty reviews about being hovered over, but first of all it’s a small buisness and there’s been multiple shop lifters so they have every right to be on alert. show rolling rack boutique some love, they deserve it
From the moment we walked into the door, this was an amazing experience. Tiffany was very friendly and knowledgeable and kind. In celebration of a friends bday we had hats made and the experience was top notch.
