We tried shopping at several furniture stores, but Rooms To Go stood out by offering quality furniture at decent prices. Combined with the excellent service we received, it made our decision easy. Michelle Meringa helped us from the very beginning and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. On our first visit, she even stayed late to accommodate us which we truly appreciated. What we loved most about Michelle is that she truly listened to what we wanted and guided us in the right direction without ever being pushy. She was very patient, gave us no pressure at all and allowed us to take our time making decisions. We visited the store a couple of times and she remembered our preferences and saved our favorites from our first visit, including additional items we added later. We are very pleased with our purchases and so glad Michelle was our agent. You’ll be glad you chose her.
Our experience at RTG with Mario Flores was great! He showed us around the whole store and showed us everything that was possibly a good match for us. We found a couch we liked, but weren’t ready to buy that day so we waited a few weeks and came back and he was more than happy to continue helping us. He made the whole process so easy and explained everything perfectly. Would highly recommend him to anyone looking at RTG!
Carlos was absolutely amazing! He was very patient while I took my time deciding on the perfect couch and never made me feel rushed. After I left, I even had to text him to change my order to have the chaise on the left side, and he handled it quickly and smoothly. Great customer service, great communication, and overall an awesome experience. Highly recommend working with Carlos if you’re shopping here!
I recently had a great experience at Rooms To Go while shopping for furniture for my daughter's first apartment. Our sales associate, Dave, a veteran who served our country, was particularly helpful during our visit. He greeted us warmly and took the time to understand our needs and budget. The wide range of styles and prices available made it simple to find just what we were looking for. Additionally, the overall atmosphere of the store was welcoming and organized, which added to the enjoyable shopping experience. In the end, we found beautiful furniture that we are excited to move into my daughter's new place. I would recommend Rooms To Go, and especially Dave, for anyone looking for quality furniture and attentive customer service.
First I want to thank Mario Flores for going above and beyond on this whole transaction. We got what we wanted. The delivery guys were excellent. They were polite and courteous and very concerned with my furniture. This was our second purchase from RTG and very pleased with quality, price and service. We will continue to purchase from RTG.
