We cannot say enough great things about our realtor Sydney Killian! She truly went above and beyond to help us snag an amazing rental. From the very beginning, she listened carefully to our wants and needs and made us feel completely supported throughout the entire process. Since this was an area we had never lived in before, her knowledge and honest feedback were invaluable. She even walked through homes on our behalf, giving us thoughtful, unbiased opinions that helped us make confident decisions. She was never pushy, always patient, and genuinely had our best interests at heart. Even after we secured the rental, she continued to check in to make sure we didn’t need anything. If you’re looking for someone who is professional, caring, responsive, and truly invested in her clients, she is the one!
I can’t say enough good things about Katie Williams! She is a real estate superstar! We owned a small fixer upper house in Murray Hill, Florida. I was familiar with Katie if Root Realty because our paths had crossed years ago. She regularly sent me other listings in the area. Her commitment and consistency as a realtor was notable. I interviewed several realtors in the area. I reached out to Katie in June 2024 to discuss selling the property. It needed some work … actually, lots of work. I had to be out of town due to a family tragedy. Katie immediately stepped up and was an incredible problem solver. We had two options. Either sell the house as is or invest some money in improvements to get a better return. Katie advised the latter and I agreed. What happened next was nothing short of a miracle. Katie had terrific connections with a great handyman, plumbers, landscapers, electricians and a home stager. It took several months, but Katie coordinated the most incredible transformation. I was out of town the entire time. The house was completely transformed and was now fresh, clean and stylish. The interior was repainted, bathroom renovated, new carpet added in the sunroom, original hardwood flooring refinished and new appliances added in the kitchen. The garage was completely cleaned out, the driveway pressure washed, the fence stained, and landscaping cleaned up. Everything looked amazing thanks to Katie’s hard work. So much so, that I almost wanted to keep it! The listing went live mid September 2025. It garnered a lot of attention and the showings began. Katie did a great job navigating the offers and advising on counter offers. We had a few hiccups along the way with the home inspection. Some repairs had to be made which Katie also coordinated. We finally settled on a good price with a buyer and closed mid December 2025. I cannot say enough good things about Katie Williams. The work and time she put into this project was definitely above and beyond the call of duty. She did it with a great attitude and such grace. We would hire her over and over again. I highly recommend Katie Williams of Root Realty. She’s knowledgeable, professional, kind and extremely responsive. We would hire her again in a heartbeat. Thanks Katie for a job well done!
I cannot recommend Sidney and the Root Realty team enough! We were fortunate enough to land our dream home but then we had to sell our current one and fast. Thankfully, Sidney’s determination helped see us through and we sold our home in three days (you read that correctly) at a time when the average time on the market was 43 days. Between her knowledge of the area, social media skills, and pure grit, Sidney was able to get us out of our first home and into our forever home in record time. Jacki & MaryAnne assisted my husband and I in purchasing our new home in FL while we were still located in OR. Both were so helpful.
