I received a birthday gift card from a dear friend for this place. I booked a sound bath and an intuitive painting class, and both were great experiences. The sound bath was incredibly relaxing. They have crystal bowls, gongs (sadly, the instructor didn't use the gongs during my sound bath), and many other instruments. The space is very comfortable and welcoming. The intuitive painting class with Arlene was also a great experience. They have a calendar full of events and classes, including a monthly book club. I love that there is plenty of parking, too. I would recommend it.
Eva was exactly what I was looking for in a practitioner. She did a sound therapy (biofield tuning) session with me and I had a great experience. She was professional, intuitive, and made me feel very comfortable!

I’ve been coming to Rooted in Sound since this past December. The relaxing sound therapy and coaching with Wyatt has help transform my stress levels and daily life. Every offering here is just transcending and brings pure relaxation. The sound baths are quite amazing if you’re thinking about sound therapy or coaching this is absolutely the right place for you to begin your journey into health and wellness.
I highly recommend Rooted in Sound for an amazing meditative and healing experience for the mind body and soul. I have participated in the sound healing with the singing bowls that was very healing to different parts of my body and mind. The sound guided meditation was so relaxing and sent me in a deep spiritual journey. My experience with the forest bath connected me deeply with nature while learning many new things about the foliage and the healing aspects in the natural environment then ending with a beautiful sound meditation. Wyatt is an amazing experienced facilitator and created a beautiful spiritual experience for me in all the modalities I experienced.
