Jovani was very professional and helpful he asked, if he needed to remove his shoe's before entering. Check everything inside and out making sure I didn't have any leaks. Love the service and will use them in the future when someone else happens at my house.
I was charged $1,900 to unclog a cleanout and hydro jetting and then a tech tried to get me to pay to change the pipe from cast iron to plastic. First they quoted $8k, and I said absolutely not, then I was quoted $5k and I told him I would think about it and then came the pressure to make a decision before the quoted price would no longer be available. Subsequently, I went with a different company that charged me only $2,200! They did an excellent job and did more than Rooter Hero claimed they would do. I advise anyone not to do business with this company. Absolutely outrageous!
Ramon did an outstanding job fixing the dysfunctional water heating system in my home that had been giving us a hard time for the past several days. He carefully inspected the system, pinpointed the root cause of the issue within a short time, and explained everything clearly so I could understand what went wrong. What impressed me most was how quickly he came up with a practical solution and implemented it on the spot without any unnecessary delays. The system has been running perfectly ever since, and the difference is night and day. On top of that, their pricing was surprisingly reasonable compared to the quality of service provided. It’s rare to find someone who combines technical expertise, honesty, and efficiency all in one. I’m genuinely grateful for Ramon’s help and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone facing water heating issues or any other home maintenance problems.
Great service and prices, highly recommend. Erik G. from Rooter Hero came out the same day I called and fixed a major clog I had down my kitchen sink line. The prices were very good and transparent. Erik explained every part of the process and was extremely polite. Even the dispatch system was great. I'm very happy with Rooter Hero and will keep them as my number 1 guys for anything plumbing.
