Luis is a professional who demonstrates care for his clients. He thoroughly evaluated our shower drain situation and consulted with his specialist to get a second opinion. They both explained the options and the potential risks to help me take an informed decision. Eventually, we decided not to do anything and Luis was gracious enough to clean everything, reverse the already discounted invoice and offer his card and help for when we are ready to tackle the problem. I was impressed with the level of professionalism Luis and team demonstrated and would highly recommend them.
I had a great experience with Luis Segura from Rooter Hero Plumbing. Honestly, it’s hard to find anything to deduct points for. Luis arrived on time and took the time to explain the situation clearly. I asked quite a few technical questions (I’m an engineer, so I tend to ask a lot), and he patiently answered every single one without hesitation. Since the issue involved the second floor, he went upstairs and even put on shoe covers before entering, which I really appreciated. He was very respectful of my home and kept everything clean. When some wastewater splashed out during the repair, he made sure to thoroughly clean the floor afterward. Luis was polite, professional, well-organized, and very detail-oriented. The entire experience was smooth and stress-free. Truly impeccable service — I would absolutely recommend him to anyone who needs plumbing work done.
Edgar from Rooter Hero quickly identified the problem, and the solution. He was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. If all plumbing service people were like Edgar you’d almost look forward to gaining to ball the plumber. I highly recommend Edgar and Roto Heroes!
Amazing experience from start to finish. Not only was Basilio very kind and respectful, but also incredibly informative and efficient. The work was completed swiftly and at a very reasonable price. His outstanding performance shows how much he genuinely cares about his customers. If you're looking for a trustworthy plumber, Basilio is your guy!
Anthony Diaz was the plumber who helped us in need. I cannot say enough positive remarks about him or the the service. Anthony arrived promptly even though it was late at night. His attitude was polite and thoughtful. The entire time he was in my home he listened to make sure the problem was solved fully. He considered details I had not. I was entertaining a guest and he made the process simple and was flexible for the circumstances. Anthony fixed the issue fully. And our plumbing works better than before. I was genuinely downcast when he left since he added a confident glow and happy atmosphere to my home. Again while late at night he commented that he had another job. It was around the holidays and I swore it felt like he was spreading holiday cheer as he solved the plumbing problems of his clients. Thank you Anthony!
