This going to be my 2nd year filing with rose, she is soooo Immaculate. She’s very professional, patient, skilled, very caring. I have a hard time describing certain things. While describing my situation to her she knew exactly what I was trying to say. I loved it because I knew I can trust her judgement, knowledge, as well as my information. Rose energy and how she is with her clients is top tier.
Rose is the best. This will be my third year filing with her and everytime she make it easy. She is so trust worthy and going to make sure you get the max refund. Communication is excellent and she want to see all her client win. Rose is my Forever tax preparer and she is the only tax preparer I’m referring lol.
I noticed Turbo tax wasn’t calculating something correct, so before I submitted I sought out for some professional help and that’s exactly what I received. Rose is like no other! She’s one thing most business owners are not and that’s PROFESSIONAL! Rose took her time getting me the max back on my refund. She even took the time to walk me through where Turbo tax shorted me. Rose is definitely a woman of quality over quantity. She communicated with me every step of the way, from start to deposit, she made sure everything went through! Her attitude towards her clients is outstanding. If I could give this young lady more than 5 stars I absolutely would. The only way for you to experience this amazing young lady is to experience her yourself. Ms. Rose will not disappoint you at all!
