I’ve called upon Ross on multiple occasions and I can’t say enough good things about my experience with this roadside assistance service. As a woman, feeling safe and respected when you’re already stressed on the side of the road is incredibly important—and that’s exactly what I experienced. He is genuinely kind, professional, and trustworthy, and NEVER once made me feel uncomfortable or uneasy. He has a calm, reassuring presence and is clearly someone who takes pride in being honest and doing the right thing. He worked quickly and efficiently to get me back on the road, explaining what he was doing in a way that was easy to understand without being condescending. What I appreciated most was his transparency—he didn’t try to upsell or scare me, but did let me know about a couple of things that may need attention down the line so I could plan ahead. That level of honesty is rare and incredibly valuable. If you’re looking for roadside assistance from someone who is skilled, dependable, and genuinely safe—ESPECIALLY FOR WOMEN—I can’t recommend him enough. This is the second time that I have used Ross mobile tire service And it won’t be the last! When he says he comes to you, he means it no matter where you are! I was stuck on the side of highway 85 with a tire blowout and he was willing to change my tire on the side of the highway, I just had to share my location. Luckily the HERO was able to put my spare tire on. Justin came right over and brought me a tire and got right to work and it didn’t take no time. I was still able to work While he replaced my tire. Customer service skills are outstanding. I will be using again and highly recommend!!!
