Roto-Rooter was awesome, super fast service. Lucanes was extremely efficient and friendly. They charged $632 to unclog a shower drain, which is a lot of money but being able to shower in peace is priceless! Would definitely use the company again for any plumbing needs. We have also worked with Kirtis for a kitchen drain and he was awesome. That cost around $820.
We had a a blockage in our pipes coming from the kitchen sink that was causing our water to rise in the sink. Johnny , the tech from Roto Rooter spent almost 2 hrs using the snake to help unclog the obstruction the pipes. He worked really hard to work out the problem and he was able to solve it. He was a very hard worker, kind and reassuring to me and said he will fix it somehow or the other. He cleaned up the area very well and gave me some good suggestions on how to keep my pipes clean in the future. I will use him again for any future problems. Highly recommend.
I recently had a plumbing issue and called this company – they were able to schedule a visit for the very next day, which was a huge relief since I needed it fixed quickly. The plumber who arrived, Jamil, was outstanding! Jamil was extremely courteous and took the time to thoroughly explain the problem, walking me through what was causing it and exactly how he was going to fix it. There were no surprises with the pricing – he shared the pre-set fixed price upfront, which I really appreciated for the transparency. The work itself was done quickly and professionally. He was efficient without cutting any corners, and afterward, he even gave me some helpful tips on maintenance to prevent future issues. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional from start to finish. Yes, the price was on the higher side, but that’s unfortunately the reality with quality plumbing services these days, and it certainly didn’t detract from the exceptional experience. The value came from the expertise, reliability, and peace of mind. I highly recommend them and will definitely call them again for any future plumbing needs – especially if I can request Jamil! It was my first time using Roto Roofer and I was pleasantly surprised. I had the pleasure of working with Francisco who was great! He provided thorough guidance and identified the issue quickly. He was able to replace my water tank on the spot and now my issue has been resolved and getting consistent hot water!
