I had waxing done here it’s very painful compared to where I usually go to have it done, it was hot wax but felt like it was burning my skin , I told therapist it was hot but she said it was normal. My skin felt really sore and swollen after. And it bruised my skin too. The therapists are lovely and I can’t fault them I just wish the waxing was more comfortable my skin didn’t agree with the wax used!
Chiara made my first waxing experience truly wonderful! She was incredibly polite and gentle throughout the entire process. She took the time to clearly explain both the procedure and the aftercare, which made me feel safe, informed, and completely at ease. I’m so glad I trusted her — the service was exceptional, and I’ll definitely be coming back! Super recommend
Such lovely service and lovely people, The place is so pretty and has really beautiful interior. My lash lift was so relaxing and the lady that did my lashes was so lovely, we chatted and I explained to her how I felt nervous about getting them done due to past experience with another beauty place and she did them exactly how I wanted them to be done. They look so full and long thank you very much. I really do recommend this place :D
