I chose this shop because it had great reviews. Joe and his team did an outstanding job on my panamera. He handled all communication with third party insurance company, explained everything clearly, and made sure I didn’t have to worry about a thing. The repair quality was superb: the paint and bodywork look flawless, and the car feels brand new again. Joe is professional, honest, and genuinely cares about his customers. It’s rare to find a shop that’s this trustworthy and easy to work with. If you ever need collision repair done right and without any hassle, I highly recommend this shop. He truly goes above and beyond.
I’m was very pleased with the paint and body work done on my car. The quality of the repairs was great. Joe went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of, and even covered part of my rental cost when the repairs took a little longer than expected.
Our experience with Royal collision was great, with our insurance not so much. Every step of the way Royal collision fought for our car to be fixed properly without cutting any corners despite the insurance companies numerous attempts to do so. Our insurance stalled the repair process every step of the way. Royal Collision asked for 4 supplements because our insurance repeatedly underestimated the amount it was going to take to sufficiently repair the car. That just goes to show you the dedication that they had to foxing our car the right way. In all it took 4 months for us to get our car back when in reality it took Royal Collision only 2 weeks to repair the car. We were always given constant updates regarding the repair process, which was very much appreciated since our insurance would almost never get back to us. In the end the car looks/drives amazingly. If you didn’t know the car was previously in an accident you could never tell. I’ll let the photos speak for themselves. I am a bit of an automotive detailing fanatic myself, having said that I very much appreciate the attention to detail that our car was given throughout the repair process. It’s hard to find good/quality work nowadays. Hopefully I won’t need their services in the future but if I were to need a repair done again I would 100% go back to Royal Collision.
I would like to say Royal collision turned a life threatening day and horrible experience w/ progressive insurance very smooth. They are very experienced and know how to navigate with insurance companies and ensuring your car is taken care of. Progressive wanted to piece my car back together and Royal made sure it was put back together with quality and attention to detail. Yes my car was repaired but I learned so much about my car and insurance companies that will help me in the future. You’ve gained a lifetime customer and referral for others. I can’t thank Royal Collision. Two weeks have passed and my car is riding very smooth and looks amazing ;)
Joe and his team are amazing!! My car was involved in an accident where the other driver was at fault. Not only did Joe provide me with excellent car care but he also gave me great information from beginning to end letting me know how it works & what to look out for being that this was a first accident for me. In a moment where I was unsure of where to take my car, Joe was honest & explained everything to me. I knew he was the one to bring my car to. The quality and professionalism is 10 out of 10. My car looks brand new, I’m so happy with everything. Highly recommend! Before and after photos are below.
