Highly recommend this place!! The owner will try his best to work with you he was very helpful and kind the moment I walked in the door and helped me get a a new bed frame, mattress, and couch. I love all the items I purchased everything is really nice for my first apartment. If you’re looking for somewhere to purchase any of those items definitely visit here!! The owner even went out of his way to personally deliver my mattress to me on his truck after the store closed so that I will be able to atleast sleep in my apartment for the night, because delivery wasn’t available for a time that I would be home and off of work until 2 days after, which I really appreciated!! That shows that they truly care about and value their customers!

Royal Furniture Philly has helped me turn my house into a home. The owner has excellent costumer service and great communication skills. He responds to any and all messages immediately. I was extremely impressed with how fast it got delivered & setup. The team is very polite & professional. 10/10 definitely recommend. Best part about the furniture it’s absolutely kid friendly!!!

This was a couple of months ago back, after my tax return. my husband was able to find a new couch and dinner table all online shopping with royal furniture. Everything comes brand new in the box, and the delivery guys puts everything together takes everything out of the boxes, there is a review of him having bed bugs which is not true at all! Now the first part of the sofa the delivery guys ripped the top cushion but the owner was very very nice enough to order me a replacement of the sofa that was ripped. All in all I love my little set up I have!

Hands down the best furniture shopping experience in Philly. Period. I’m not the type to usually leave reviews but this one’s long overdue. I live in Delaware and drove all the way up to Philly looking for good furniture and better prices. I stopped at a bunch of places and every single one was trying to charge me 400 to 500 just for delivery. That’s before even talking about the furniture itself. The vibe was off everywhere—either too pushy, too fake, or just trying to get over. Then I found Royal Furniture Philly and from the second I walked in, I knew it was different. The energy was real. No pressure, no fake sales talk, nobody following you around trying to push overpriced sets. Just chill people who actually care about what you want. I told them what I needed, what my budget was, and what I was hoping to get. Instead of milking me like every other spot, they looked out. I furnished my entire house—living room, bedroom, and dining—and they only charged me 399 total for delivery. That alone already had me sold. But what really stood out was they didn’t wait for me to ask for a discount. They automatically knocked the price down just because I was buying multiple pieces. No negotiation, no awkward back and forth. Just respect. Then came the financing. My credit is shot—like bad—and I still got approved for 15,000. But instead of pushing me to spend the whole thing like most places do, they literally told me don’t go crazy, grab what you need, and pay it off before the finance charges hit. Who does that? I’ve never had a salesperson talk me out of spending more. That’s not just business. That’s someone actually looking out for you. Delivery was fast, clean, and professional. They didn’t leave a mess or toss my stuff around. They even helped me move a few things I was struggling with just because. The whole place has that unfiltered no-BS energy. No fancy suits, no pretending. This isn’t some corporate showroom. It’s real people running a real business with real hustle and heart. You walk in and it feels like family. And on top of all that they’re constantly doing giveaways. I’ve literally seen people win whole sectionals just from following them or being active on their page. No catch. No games. Just real people spreading love. If you’re tired of the games, the markups, or getting judged because of your credit, pull up here. For real. They don’t just sell you furniture, they treat you like you matter. And that alone is rare as hell these days.

Royal furniture has what I didn't know I needed! First the customer service is A1! I had been searching for months for a sofa and I happen to be riding past Royal Furniture so I decided to stop in and I really wasn't expecting much to be honest then I saw what I wanted and needed the sofa is beautiful, big, plush and luxurious! Sage green and when it was delivered beyond my expectations, I wanted it bigger but Ace told me that it wouldn't be a good fit, imagine trying to spend more money and the owner is telling you no, Lol! Try Royal Furniture if they don't have what you need he can get it! He has a loyal customer in me and be ready because he will try and get it delivered the same day!
