Royal Nails & Spa is absolutely amazing! From the moment you walk in, you’re treated with care and professionalism. Jenn does beautiful manicures—precise, clean, and exactly what you ask for every time. And Henry is hands-down the best for pedicures; relaxing, thorough, and leaves your feet feeling brand new. I asked how much it would be for a basic gel manicure, she said 40. So I said ok that's fine. We sit down, I show the nail technician what I wanted on my phone. Come to find out, they charge extra for design and never told me that until after the fact. So I had to pay 60. I'll let it slide this time, and only because they look good. Next time tell people before you finish so we're not stuck paying extra fees. That's unfair and bad customer service.
Nice people, decent nails, but I don’t like how they added an automatic $10 tip without asking me. It was $55 for my nails, $2 for tap pay (which is fine) and I was charged $67. I was going to tip anyway but I don’t like that it was automatically added without asking me. Also pretty pricey. They said what I was asking for (gel x) was pricey so they would do something better for my nails and it’s cheaper. Gel X is $50 where I usually go so I paid more in the end. It came out fine, but still. I doubt I’ll be back.
Great experience. Very clean and relaxing music playing. Pedicure was amazing. Tony was awesome and took his time. He did great. Will definitely come back.
Had a pedicure and full set done. My pedicure was great. She did an amazing job. My set felt rushed and like she didn't even wanna have to do my nails. All my nails are different shapes, not fully painted and after only one week are already lifting.
