Save yourself the headache and don’t go there. These guys are clueless, they throw around a lot of misinformation. Ivan who is the owner is rude and needs to work on his people skills as well. They all seem annoyed to do their actual job. Don’t risk getting an audit that will fail if you choose this place
Ivan Rios took $4,590 from me over 15 months — charging my account long after I decided not to use his services. His own contract states he would stop billing and reach out if there was no communication or activity, yet he continued withdrawing funds without my consent or any contact. He ignored every one of my refund requests and has gone completely silent. To make matters worse, I discovered he is not even a licensed CPA. This is unethical and deceptive behavior, and I will be pursuing legal action to hold him accountable and recover my money.
Ivan is great! He took care of mine and my wife’s taxes. Not only did he take care of our taxes, his business financial services are very effective. Highly recommend. Thank you Ivan!
