My experience was wonderful. She has been doing my hair for over eight years. She treats me like Family. I don’t have to say anything. She knows what to do, but one thing for sure if you come to this place, you will not lose your edges, Ru hands are hands of an angel.
Amazing ladies. The owner and the lady that did my hair are amazing. Aisha is the best, she really did my boho braids when other places said no because my hair was short. Aisha is gentle, no pulling hair and fast. Will definitely come back for her. People come visit. They are amazing.
First and more to come. Little wait time but well worth it. You can actually show the picture of what you are looking to achieve and walk out with that vision. This shop is clean, the owner and braiders were very friendly. Service was great. My braids were perfect. Iesha will forever be my braider.
The store is clean... and that was part of what prompted me to go. When I arrived my hairstylist was nice. But the actual work is not it for me. At first when I left I said I'd go fix a few things at home, now I'm home the more I'm going through my hair row by row the more annoyed I am. Whilst doing my hair, I had to complain about the cuts (if I didn't talk I'd have left the store with my scalp for show). They also wanted to use gel, I refused because my scalp itches with gel (but later had to give in because she plead with me because my hair is too soft). I don't know why braiders here can't braid without gel! By the end I couldn't even be bothered to point out anything else because I was tired of talking. There were knots in my ends, how can a braider make braids with knots at the end and not be bothered to fix it? Then I got home and at the back I can see my hair popping out of my braids already. I wouldn't have noticed this if not for the fact that I had to trim my hair myself because there was so much flyaways and I needed my newly done hair to look neater because they didn't even trim my hair at the store, just put mousse. Sighs... oh well I guess my search for a decent braider continues.
This is the third time I have ever used Ruth and each and every time I am overly pleased about her work. My braids can easily last 3 months with great care and her hair quality that she uses is amazing. This is my first time getting the style and I absolutely love it. Very lightweight and great quality hair. Also versatile. It looks amazing when wet or dry. The shop is very nice and clean, has great music playing and she offers Wi-Fi so I was still able to get my work done. Also, she finished an hour ahead of schedule!
