Very cosy place. Delicious pizza on a thin well-baked dough. Very nice service - Young but very professional girls who can advise what to choose. Very affordable prices. I highly recommend this place.
Agnes is an incredible waitress. She greeted us warmly, offered her opinion and expertise when asked about which Pizza to grab. Ainsley, the manager, is also extremely kind and approachable. The speed of service was also amazing. Drinks were brought out within 2 minutes of ordering and Pizzas followed less than 5 minutes later. The food was delicious and the team are incredible. Hats off to you all, incredible experience. I will be recommending to my friends and making Rudy’s my regular.
Went having been recommended. The pizzas were excellent and just as described. The dough was delicious and the selection of pizzas covered a good range. Polite and friendly staff and a relaxed atmosphere. Overall a very positive experience and will definitely return when back in Manchester or any of their other locations.
We ate as a couple — my son and I. Waited a bit in line, but it was absolutely worth it! Great atmosphere — you can watch the pizzas being made and put into the stone oven. There’s also a bar with alcoholic drinks, of course. The highlight, naturally, is the pizzas — wow, they’re so delicious! The dough is something special, unlike anything I’ve had before, and the ingredients are fresh. As for the service — only 4 stars. They need to add more waiters during peak hours; the number they had wasn’t enough. People around us waited quite a while just to get the bill or some attention.

Overall, Rudy's keeps it straightforward - good pizza, good beer, and a casual, easygoing vibe. Definitely worth a visit if you're after a no-fuss, satisfying meal in Manchester.
