I'm very impressed with this company. I have been with them for almost a year now and have used several of their services. They have been friendly, professional and honest. I bought the membership and that has proved to be worth it for me. In my experience they have come out the next day and the communication is great. They provide an estimate before they do any work which I appreciate. I highly recommend Russell's American Mechanical.
The plumber did an amazing job helping me with my water meter. He was very informative and took the time to explain everything clearly, which I really appreciated. He was also extremely responsive and was able to come out quickly. Professional, helpful, and efficient—I highly recommend his services!
What a great company! Preston was professional, communicated with me throughout the inspection and spent time answering my questions about an existing home generator (which is new to us). He took the time to explain the system and performed a maintenance check. Scheduling was easy and I would definitely recommend!
I had water heater issues and gave them a call. Sasha answered and was such a pleasure to talk to as well as helpful and informative. When she told me that they would be able to come the same day, I was even more thrilled. Ashton and Phil showed up promptly and got to work. They addressed my problems and were very efficient. They were done in no time. They were also very informative and kind. Great service all the way around. Will be using them again.
Russell’s Heating and HVAC installed a whole home generator, the Electricians worked diligently and kept me informed throughout the installation. Preston was especially helpful installing the gas lines through the attic to connect to the generator. All personnel were professional, kind and polite. We are so pleased with our generator installation
