We use Ryan Lawn and Tree for a variety of services; sprinkler maintenance, tree and shrub trimming and maintenance, etc. and the customer service has always been top-notch. The prices are fair and the billing/invoice process is super easy. This summer/fall we are having our existing lawn killed off and completely reseeded. Our lawn care specialist, Cody, is hard working and very dedicated to making sure the job goes smoothly. Additionally, he is great to work with.
My neighbor had their trees trimmed by Ryan Lawn and Tree service. The tree in my front yard needed trimming, and my Magnolia tree in my back yard was struggling. I decided to give Ryan’s a call. I wasn’t home when someone came for the free estimate, but I was able to talk to him through my Ring doorbell. He said he would get back to me with an estimate. The estimate was timely and reasonable. They did tell me it would take a while before they could get to me because of all the tree damage from recent storms. I received a call yesterday that I was on the schedule. They came this morning and did a fabulous job. They let me ask questions and were knowledgeable, as well as friendly and personable. They had a great crew and were done quickly. I would recommend Ryan’s Lawn and Tree Service for tree trimming, and will keep them in mind for future lawn and landscape projects. Great job Ryan’s!
We really appreciate JAKE and the professionalism he showed when he came out to our house for lawn care. He was punctual, respectful of our property, and carried himself with a high level of expertise. His time management was excellent, and we’re very satisfied with the service he provided. I learned the hard way that Ryan’s is not a competent landscaping company. Do not use them if you want them to install adequate or good looking landscaping. They installed our front landscaping three years ago with a plan that showed lots of plants that looked nice on the sheet of paper they gave us. They planted tiny plants very sparsely and it had no hope of ever looking good. Their plan included almost no evergreens so it looks like we have no landscaping most of the year. Instead of evergreens, they used hydrangeas and crape Myrtle’s…two plants that suffer from winter kill in our harsh, windy, wichita winters. So, every year they start back at zero. They did a very poor job of landscaping it and got very small plants. For 12,000 dollars it looks like we planted it ourselves over a weekend and ran out of money halfway through. Indeed, our friends all assumed we did it ourselves or hired the job out to an ultra cheap service. This is what our landscaping looks like after three years. It needs to be torn out and redone.
Over the course of our lifetime we’ve had many lawn companies maintain our lawn and landscaping but none compare to Ryan’s! They are by far the best company we’ve ever had and our lawn/landscaping has never looked this good. We have a personal relationship with those who take care of us and we couldn’t be more pleased! They may be slightly higher in price but are definitely worth the difference. We highly recommend them!
