Hands down the best experience I’ve had getting my car fixed. After a city bus knocked my driver-side mirror off, they repaired it the same day without any problems. They even offered me food since they were working on the day before Thanksgiving. I truly appreciate everything and will definitely be back.
After leaving a large repair shop in the west end discouraged by the estimate as well as the unprofessionalism of the appraiser, I headed to S & S and walked into a totally different atmosphere. It was a much smaller office without sleek countertops and fancy lighting but I was welcomed warmly and left feeling much better about the situation that had caused me to need car body repair in the first place. The office manager is super efficient, helpful, and just plain nice as was each person I dealt with. The estimate was a bit lower than the first, but more importantly, the explanations about what may need to happen after further examination of the damage and their assurance that they could make it right made me comfortable using them. The communication was great. They dealt with the insurance company. They let me leave my rental car there for pickup and called them for me. They are a model of efficiency and good business practices. And my car looks beautiful.
I was so impressed when I picked up my van, it looked brand new! I was expecting to be able to see some trace of the accident, but no, absolutely nothing. They did some amazing work!!
Amazing experience! My car was a difficult one to find parts for and they went above and beyond to get it back to new condition. I am so grateful I chose S & S because their staff is incredible and they truly cared about my experience and my car looks brand new again.
My new-to-me Honda C-RV was involved in a hit and run. S&S made it so easy to work with my AAA Insurance Company and Enterprise Rental Car during the repair. My car was even ready 3 days before i expected it to be! My car looks brand new!! They even vacuumed the interior. A great repair shop which I highly recommend.
