The limo was awesome. The rates are affordable. Dee, our driver, was literally the best. She took care of us. Had the limo stocked with drinks and ice. She wanted a list of things we might need after our event was over so she could go get them and have them ready. Our event ended a little early so to make sure we got all our limo time she cruised around and let us enjoy living the 1% life a little longer. Great from start to finish, would highly recommend.
Booked with SA Limo Connection back in march and the driver was great had an amazing time and wanted to keep the party going all night. Booked again recently and had the complete opposite experience, I couldn’t wait for it to be over, the busses seemed outdated and not well kept. Only giving 2 stars because my past experience was really good. I don’t think I’ll take the risk and book again in the future.
We booked a party bus for 20 for a 4 hour window, it was for a friend’s birthday party. About 5 minutes after the bus came to pick us up everyone quickly realized the AC wasn’t working and the bus was super hot. (Side note: the bus we got is NOT the one we requested and definitely did not fit 20 ppl but thankfully some guest canceled) The driver was super helpful and pulled over to see how we can get it working and we realized there was no quick solution. To make a long story short we called the numbers listed on google, the website, and the number we booked through over 20 times before getting someone to answer. when they finally answered they kept hanging up and would say they would call us back in 5 minutes. (Never got a call back once I had to call each time and waited 30 minutes between calls to allow time to come up with a solution) We stopped at a bar because the bus was too hot to be in and waited for a call back 2 hours into our 4 hour booking and another 15+ calls calling the owner (I’m assuming) they offered to have a mechanic come out and look at the bus but I asked either for a partial refund Or another bus. Because we were already well into our “party”, we came to an agreement that they would send another bus the second bus didn’t come for another 2.5 hours!!! And when it finally showed up it was hot!!! The AC also wasn’t working. Super disappointed with with SA limo connection and this wasn’t our first time booking with them but never had this experience. Super unorganized and unprofessional the was the situation was handled. We also were shorted about an hour of our time.
Absolutely 5 stars! The party bus was spotless, on time, and the sound system was 🔥. Huge shoutout to our driver, Damaris Hernandez—professional, friendly, and kept us safe while making the night a blast. We’ll definitely book again!
We rented this for my daughter’s Quince last weekend. They were awesome! Rates didn’t change from what I was quoted, extremely punctual, great communication, they even upgraded our bus because the one I paid for was having engine trouble and the driver was a really nice guy! I highly recommend them!
