I recently had plumbing work done and couldn’t be happier with the service Tod provided. He was quick, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly, showed up on time, and got the job done efficiently without any issues. It’s hard to find reliable plumbers these days, but Tod definitely exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing plumbing work done.
Customer service was polite, but the pricing changed multiple times after a verbal agreement was made on site. I would not recommend if you’re looking for work completed at a fair market rate. Pricing would benefit from being more transparent and labor based with reasonable estimates. I was hoping to support a local business, but even a small task separate from the main reason for the visit was declined despite the $60 service fee. They tried to get me on their membership plan to do the job and then added an additional $300 to the total after agreeing to the job and realizing it was more than just sticking their hand down the disposal. I would not recommend.
We experienced our water heater springing a leak this morning, (An understatement). We called Saffer and they quickly responded. We had the pleasure of Christopher A. arriving, who offered his expertise for our situation.We immediately purchased a new water heater, based on his recommendation. This arrived very quickly as well. He installed it and cleaned up. I was so impressed with his knowledge, as well as his personable approach. My dog loved him! We will be calling this company for our future needs.
Wonderful Service! So, refreshing to get real genuine service, knowledgeable and professionalism. The morning of the appointment Scott called to let me know he was 15 minutes away. He was punctual! Scott left a great first impression when he placed the blue mat outside my front door as to not track dirt or the wet rain. Scott's communication and knowledge are top tier but what Absolutely won me over when he said he's bring CJ cause his words " I believe he can learn from this job" . CJ was respectful, courteous and kind. I will definitely recommend Saffer Plumbing.
Hire Saffer when you’re absolutely desperate because they’ll almost surely take advantage of your wallet. First of all, I was not made aware of their outrageous diagnostic fee of $300 for a residential boiler ( I don’t even want to know how much it is for a garbage disposal or something I can fix on my own). Then you feel stuck after feeling heavily invested (this is how they get you) so then you feel compelled to pay for the service which went up 2x over the course of the day. What the hell dows a “rejuvenation” even mean? This is plumbing we re talking about and not fixing aging skin! I know I got ripped off big time after talking to another plumber! The price of $2450 is so high that I cannot even mark it here in Google. I complained to the tech about the pricing but since I had stupidly authorized it and it was almost completed I had no recourse other than to call the office and leave a voicemail. Guess what? They have an AI switchboard. I left a message with him or more like, it, and never heard back about being RIPPED OFF. If only I had provided a space heater to my tenants and waited for my awesome, reasonably priced plumber to be available. The only thing that I like and appreciate is the explanation provided to my tenants and me as well as the fact that the work did take a day but that still comes out to $300/hour! Any which way you slice it , the price is not justified for the work done.
