Dr. Ella is amazing — she has been treating all of my needs with such care and professionalism. She is so kind, gentle, and welcoming, and she always takes the time to explain everything so I feel informed and comfortable. The space itself is so calming, clean, and peaceful — you can feel the difference as soon as you walk in. All of the staff are incredibly nice and make every visit feel supportive and relaxing. I’ve felt such a positive difference since starting treatment. Highly recommend Sage Haven and Dr. Ella!
Dr. Erika was amazing! From the moment you step into Sage Haven, you feel seen and heard! The space is arranged perfectly and the attention 10/10. Dr. Erika was my first acupuncture experience and will definitely be visiting her soon again. The first day is gentle treatment, tuning in with your body. She explains everything so well and I love her energy. She handles expectations, good things take time. This isn't a quick fix, but a journey into lasting results . Visit them!!!
I absolutely love Sage Haven Acupuncture! Cassie is amazing she instantly makes me feel comfortable and always seems to know exactly what I need each time I come in. The ambience is so calming and relaxing, it truly feels like stepping into a peaceful oasis away from the outside world. Everything is very clean and thoughtfully put together, which adds to the healing experience. Cassie’s knowledge of Chinese medicine is incredible she takes the time to explain how acupuncture and herbal medicine work with the body’s natural energy to bring balance and healing. I received my first treatment with Sage Haven and saw Dr. Cassie for my acupuncture consult and treatment... and, wow! My experience was nothing less than elevated and personalized. From the private consultation to the integrative treatment - I felt my desire to seek acupuncture was validated, and Dr. Cassie made me feel at ease about communicating my concerns. Dr. Cassie takes the time to not only listen, but also educate clients so you feel informed and aware of the reasoning behind your treatment plan. The treatment area is SO relaxing, and the bed has a down comforter... luxury details! Excited to continue my treatments!
