Sallas was great to work with. I had paid our former mechanic several times to fix an intermittent engine problem over the last several years, but it kept coming back. Sallas identified the problem, ordered the correct parts, and fixed it. They were always pleasant to talk to, and even had a driver to pick us up when it was ready. I wish they had been able to fix it sooner--it was out for about 10 days--but I'd rather have it fixed right than turned around sooner.
First, I want to say Jerimiah was very professional and spent 30 minutes on the phone with me explaining Sallas's policy of not allowing a customer to bring their car manufacture's oil and filter for and oil change and only pay only labor and minimal shop fee. He explained due to potential liability of that the part could have a defect and also the likelihood of profit being so little that it is not good business. Due to this policy, I now take my car to another repair shop that will do this and then make a reasonable profit on other repairs if needed. I just want other potential customer's to be aware of their policy and make the best choice for them. Thanks,
It’s been years since I’ve visit Sallas until today and I can say I will be back. On phone making appt the guy was super nice , when I dropped my car off all of them were just as nice and I had good vibes. So they fixed my windshield fluid issue YEA !! After installing headlight bulb and one side was still out and called back and told me ok we have it fix car ready and final bill lower than I thought. Love these guys ! Trustworthy can be rare at times but Sallas has great reviews for a reason !!

Highly recommend. Everyone I’ve come in contact with was genuinely nice and helpful. My dealership service department couldn’t find the issue so they guessed their way through a diagnostic with a $1k+ price tag. I came to Sallas to confirm and found out the dealership was way off base. Car has been running great since my visit to Sallas.
